Prenatal Services
Pregnancy & Birth Support $1000
Present during labour & birth to provide physical and emotional support for you and your birth partner.
During 2 prenatal visits we will explore birthing options, labour coping techniques, breastfeeding, and prepare a birth plan to share with your care providers. A visit in the first 5-10 days postpartum provides an opportunity to talk about your birth experience, as well as check in on feeding and address any questions you may have.
I will also be available for unlimited text, phone or email support throughout your pregnancy.
Labour & Birth Support Only $500
Physical and emotional support for you and your birth partner for your labour and birth as well as an hour postpartum.
Birth Plan Preparation $70
We discuss the benefits, risks and alternatives for common interventions, labour coping techniques, pain medications, positions for and types of pushing, etc…. I help you envision your ideal labour and birth and then meld all of that into a birth plan that you can share with your care team to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Postpartum Services
Postpartum Doula Support $35/hr
Care for the parents and baby during the postpartum period. Each visit is tailored to your needs and can include baby care, emotional, informational & parenting support, meal preparation or light housekeeping.
Minimum of 2 hours per visit.
10% off purchases of 10 hours or more.

Comprehensive curriculum that covers Pregnancy, Labour, Birth, Postpartum, Baby care etc… offered in a light hearted, relaxed manner.
